Previous days, i am having arthritis for both legs.

But my right knee cap is more pain than the other.

Yeah yeah. Laugh all you want. I am old le, i admit

it. Actually, i had somehow recovered from it, but

it came back recently. This time, it's more intolerable

and what's more? It's raining continuously these

days. Zzz...

To worsen it even further, during Friday training,

was doing a technique and my knee cap hit the

floor damn hard. Full impact down. Ouch...Zzz...

And kickboxing with all the kicks and knee, ouch

is the only comment i can make.

Anyway, participated Great Eastern 10Km Run

with my sis. We ran 5 km fun run though. I woke

up with a very very dry sore throat and my stupid

knee cap hurts. Zzz..Sick. Oh. I woke up late also.

=X But i rushed like hell and was early. Hahaha!

When the race started, it began to drizzle. Ahhhh!

My knee!!! Zzz... Had a rough start but was

conditioned when we reached 3km. Phew~ The

rain didn't stop though until we were resting at

some places after the run. LOL.

Went out with my sis again after resting and bathing

at home. Thought that we can last, but i can't. Zzz...

Had difficulty in walking and got the feeling of fainting

while we went home after shopping. Hais...

Feeling...

-Shitty.

-Lousy.

-Weak.

-Tired.

-Gone.

Had to sleep early today. Wonder should i go school

tomorrow. Handling bacteria for lab. Hmm...
