strange start for sch reopen but was fun n was a gd start..
morning assembly: we sang w/o the music for national anthem
biology was the main one..tt lead to the cheeeessssy start!
in bio cls..we were studyin abt bacterial n fungal
n cheeses are made by these..
ms chu wanted us to try some cheese
therefore she bought 4 different type of cheese..

1st on the list is camembert
there is a layer of salt n fungus "penicillium candidum"on top..
my response for this cheese: ermm..ok..but the layer on top taste
abit weird..n it is rough at the top..

2nd on the list is mozzarella
it is v hard..when i cut it wif toothpick..it broke..0.o
it is under the fresh cheese type..
response: quite ok..but abit of smell..it tastes the best when it is
melted...eg.pizza

3rd is brie
it is the same as camembert..it has a thin layer on top of it..
it is being treated wif Penicilium candida
response: more strong smell comin out..camembert taste better..

4th is blue cheese
it looks lik salad..wif colours lik green, white
it has a very strong aroma..
my response: OMG..the stench smell is so strong...
i can smell it at a distance..the appearance of the cheese is nt
appealing at all n my mouth numbs after eating juz a small part of it!
lols..n tis is the worse..however some of them lik it v much..

conclusion for the cheese i ate: bad to worse..LOL
n there are so many types of cheese..
the cheesy lunch for today! =))

tis holi..din realli study much..was playin all day..
nt maple..but back to a v old old game..

i think most ppl nv heard before bahs..
tis game was played a few yrs back..
play until sian le..so nv play le..
the cd was left on the shelf..therefore i dig it out..
bringing back the old times..sure was fun..
even my sis n bro r addicted to it le..
bcos of me..muhahahahahas..

i wanna play maple..but..bcos when i play maple
desktop will always hang..onli laptop will nt hang..
but will v lag n my sis will always nid to use the laptop..
however..when i play starcraft...desktop wun hang!
weird~!
the most sian thing nw is tt laptop..cannot patch maple!
nid to re-dl everything..hais~nvm..still gt starcraft =))

anyway..the whole of last wk..was out everyday..
pei my mother go job interview..she finally gt her job
at NTUC...started her job ysterday...which is a gd thing
hope she dun so fast quit her job bahs..

nxt..is abt..PHOTOGRAPHS...hahas..
lookin at the photographs..when we were young...
how we changed..we definitely change alot..hahas..
