Heard from sis that the route has alot of slopes all that.

So, i will just try the 6km route first.

Passion Run 2009

5.15am
Dragged myself out from the bed. Went to prepare.

6.30am
Together with my brother, met up with my sis and jiefu at our
house downstairs to cab our way down to East Coast Park.

6.55am
Due to the traffic congestion, my brother had to get off the cab
first as his event(Competitive10.4km-7.10am) was starting
soon. We, got off after awhile. Cos the taxi driver looks a bit
tired and irritated. LOL.

7.10am
Flag off for my brother.

7.10am-7.55am
Instead of doing stretching, we stretch our lazy back. (LOL.
Direct translation) Took photos and went to the dirty temporary
toilet. My stomach growling damn loudly(Hungry).




We waited for the 2nd wave of flag off(Non-competitive 10.4km
-7.55am) Saw this dog. Damn cute. like soft toy. And it looks like
karen's dog. LOL. The person brought that dog to join in the run.

Ok. Flag off for us.

And i ran on ahead cos i wanna test my limit. LOL. Hmm..while
running...

What i saw?
1) A guy his shirt in front got no. tag which is normal. But his
shirt behind got his and his gf photo. LOL. So sweet. The strength
behind him. LOL.

2) Two girls wore sports bra and run. Wee wee~ LOL.

3) I saw my sis and her friend. LOL. But they didn't see me.=((

Ahhh..can't remember already. I only know alot of red shirt
runners. Haha! Oh ya. This year got 11,000 runners. Cool.

Journey
I completed 7km without stopping. Big achievement for me. This
is my first time running so far! Happy~ Hmm..if i continue to run
over 7km, i know i will feel giddy to the max. I had reached my
limit.

I walked for 1km and continued to run for the last 2km stretch.
Haha. So in total, i cpmpleted 9km. Really felt the sense of
accomplishment. LOL.

Timing: 1h15mins
LOL. Long. Long. But, i completed it. That is enough. Haha! And
i not a good runner.

Experience
Wahoooo..there are really alot of good runners in Singapore. They
can run really well. I not joking. LOL. Hmm...

It has been awhile since i last run in the morning. This time is
beside the beach. Morning breeze. Nice and refreshing. But it gets
hotter as the sun risen. I felt that my face is peeling off skin. Zzz..

Hahaha..drank 3 times the small cup of 100plus. The more i drank
the thirstier i get. But, they gave me the energy to run. Hahha!

Ohya. I got stomachache while i run. Felt like shitting. Not a good
feeling though. I even got thoughts of running to toilet. LOLOL.

Hmm..another thing is while collecting goodie bag+finisher medals
soon after we ran finish. The person told me no finisher medals le
although her hand got one and the other hand shake to say don't
have. Kao. Felt rather sad and cheated though. Ran so far and in
the end no medals.

10plus am
Met up with my brother. Sat down and waited for my sis and jie
fu. Haha. They joined up with us.

My sis not bad siaz. Ran 8km non-stop, walked 1km and ran the
last 1km stretch. Wahoooo~

Oh. And my sis and jiefu got medals. Ahhh..what the hell. Then
my jiefu brought me to find the person to take it. Wahoooo..i got
it. LOL.



Went to find their friends then took some photos and we are off
for brunching.







Currently
Just woke up for my long sleep. LOL. Felt hot at the surface of
my skin. When i bathe, the cold water that runs down my hair
turned into hot water. Zzz..HOT! My body is heavy. Don't know
tomorrow will ache anot. Sianed. Or should i just pon class.=X
LOL. Is just a thought.

Oh. Should i join the Safra run coming up next? Felt tempted.
Shall decide it soon. Early bird registration cheaper. Anyone
interested?

Sleeping does help to cure headache.

Although i still got abit of headache after i woke up,

i felt much better than before.

But i almost overslept and late for training. =X Haha.

Hmm..really hope this severe headache is only for

today.

(Although for the pass few days i had headache, not

as severe as today.)

Can't fall ill now.

Anyway, training was alright bah. Don't know my

That's my whole journey today.

Cineleisure
Went k-lunching with my sis and jie fu. Sang my heart
out. Haha. Shiok to just think of nothing and start singing.
It has been awhile since i do that. LOL. Wahoooo...and the
lunch tasted good. HAHA. =X












Saw Jas and Sandy at the lift there while we were on our
way to Novena. Haha. They going k-boxing too. Anyway,
Happy Belated Birthday to Sandy!!!

Novena
Went there to collect our shirts and stuff for the Passion
Run that will be held on 24th May. Initially we thought
that the queue would be very long as the registration
this year was ALOT. More than last year. However, when
we reached there, there were no queues. HAHA. Lots of
counters were open. Hmm..so collecting our stuff was fast.
But, somehow, the people there misplaced my jie fu's no.
Zzz..ended up he got a new no. instead.

Ohyea..forgot to add this about prawn mee. Haha. Before
we collect our shirt, we went to eat prawn mee at Novena
there. Quite famous de. Hahaha. Nice nice.






Bugis
That's when the shopping started. Damn i am really broke.
Will TRY to refrain myself to go shopping. Haha.=X

The three of us intended to watch the first dan grading
that was held TODAY but due to some event that the
school held TODAY, had to miss it.

The three of us met in school at 8.20am but i was late.
=X Paiseh paiseh. But the event started at 9am though.

So...cut the story short...

The three of us went through many talks about life
choices, proposal writing, financial report stuff...

The three of us had been divided into 3 groups to have
discussion and case study of a certain problem.

The three of us ate 3 meals within 9 hours(estimated).
Breakfast, lunch and teabreak. All buffet style.

So...

Advantages:

1) Got to know more people from other clubs.
2) Sightseeing(you all should know what it means).

Disadvantages:

1) Got fat!!!
2) Got fatter!!!
3) Got fattest!!!

And...did i learn something today?

I also not sure. Hopefully ba.

This week...
No more Monday blues.
Was rather excited about the freshies coming to
Aikido today.
My motivation for today. Haha.

Hmm...i got my 16 masks today. Thanks to Wanyu
who helped us order and the masks came so fast.
We waited for less than a week.





Had our biochemistry practical today. As our lab
coats haven't arrived yet, we wore plastic apron
today. LOL. And our whole class into cam whoring
session. Haha!!


Wahoooo~ Freshies are here. They are all fast
learners. Really! When i say fast, i mean it. Hmm..
they pick up very fast compared to me. Haha, one
year ago, i am at that state. Just started rollings.
Hahahaha..memories~



Anyway, did warm-ups, rollings and iriminage
today. Oh oh...taught the freshies, they actually
did it! Omg Omg. Felt super happy! Had a great
sense of satisfaction!

Tomorrow, going training again. Gonna bring about
3 freshies to go training. HAHAH.

Our C++ lecturer last minute canceled the class as she was
sick. So...i was early for my bro's ndu graduation.

Met up with my parents, together with ruilin at sembawang
for the bus to go the camp. Hmm..and the bus was late.

Went out with ruilin to Changi beach. Counted as picnic
bah. LOL. But abit not so shun li cos of someone lar. =PP
However, the scenery changed the mood. Haha.

Hmm..06/05/2009 was our first day of the CCA drive.
Quite a number of people interested in aikido. Although,
unpleasant stuff happened during these 2 days especially
the first day and we got angry over it. It's over. Tried not
to think about it le but it somehows affect me too much.
Hmm..shall smile my way through and learn how to be
calm.

08/05/2009

Was rather bored in class. When we were having break,
we went to the toilet and cam whore. =X





Went straight to club to prepare for the last day. Our
final day of recruitment+demo! Things went smoothly as
compared to the first day of CCA drive. Our demo was a
success too! Thanks to everyone!

Off i went to my bro's graduation dinner. Hmm..was
invited by my bro cos his partner last minute cannot make
it. Not to waste my bro money plus got free good food to
eat. I went.

The partners my bro's friends brought are all chio bus
there(i not included). Hmm..the food there...only the cold
dish and the dessert nice. The rest so-so only. Haha.

Finally, blogging about today. LOL. Hmm..i intended to go
pulua ubin cycling with the rest of my aikido mates. But
my family decided to have mother's day celebration. No
choice, had to go for the celebration instead. Awwwww...
i wanna go~ Hmm..anyway, dinnered at Dian xiao er,
west coast plaza. Waited for like nearing 1hour. But the
food really cures the irritation we had earlier while
waiting. The food really tasted nice.
